Follow the steps below to check our availability. If you don’t find a time that works for you, please contact us. We might still be able to accommodate you.

For cremation services:
*If your pet weighs under 60 lbs, the doctor will be able to take the body and facilitate cremation with our partner, Animal Memorial Service (based in Gilroy).
*If your pet weighs over 60 lbs, you will need to request a pick-up and service on your own with one of the following providers:
– in Sacto and Yolo Counties: Caring Pet Crematory at 916-469-0801
– in Solano County: Allied Pet Crematory at 707-422-5779

  1. scroll down and ignore the “Sign In” feature
  2. select a Home Visit based on your pet’s weight
  3. select Communal Cremation or Individual Cremation (ashes returned to you)
  4. select a Staff Member (or “Any Available” for soonest appointment)
  5. select a Date and Time
  6. enter Contact Information for pet’s legal guardian
    (let us know if you are making this appointment for a friend or family member…)
  7. enter Location Information and click SUBMIT

Cancellation Policy: When you book an appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to other patients in need. We understand that your pet’s condition can change unexpectedly, so if you need to cancel or postpone, we respectfully request at least a 2-HOUR NOTICE by phone, text or email. If we arrive to your home and mutually decide to postpone the euthanasia, we feel that $250 is fair compensation for our time.

Bites and Rabies Testing: If your pet bites or has bitten any person (puncturing the skin enough to bleed) less than 10 days prior to euthanisation, we will be required to submit your pet’s body to your local county health department for rabies testing. This will incur an additional fee of $300 for complying with this legal requirement.
